Problem Statement
Youth programs often struggle with managing their finances effectively. Budgeting, tracking spending, and ensuring financial transparency can be challenging and time-consuming. This often leads to mismanagement, lack of transparency, and a loss of confidence among stakeholders.
Research and Discovery
Through extensive research, Snap! Spend identified that many youth programs lacked user-friendly financial management tools. Additionally, program leaders expressed a need for transparency and better oversight of funds. This research formed the foundation for Snap! Spend’s design and development process.
Design Goals
- User-Friendly Platform: Create an intuitive, all-in-one platform that requires no specialized financial expertise.
